We're offering free physical activities for people over 55 who currently do less than 30 minutes exercise a week.
The activities include a choice of weekly sessions doing swimming, aqua jog, gym use, circuits, aerobics and Zumba (dance-based exercise).
Aerobics is held on Sunday mornings from 11:15-12:00 at Riverside Leisure Centre.
