The lockdown means that our groups and activities around the city are still on hold and we're all missing spending time together.
We can't get together over a coffee at our groups but we can meet up at our virtual Zoom cafe!
Charlotte, Cathy and Stella from the Age UK Norwich Outreach team will be hosting a weekly 'Cuppa and a chat' session on Zoom to get the day off to a positive start.
We'd love to hear about some of the things that you've been up to over the past few weeks. Perhaps you've been spending your time gardening or baking? Or have you watched or read something interesting that you'd like share with us?
We're sure there'll be plenty to talk about but if, on the other hand, you don't feel like joining in, that's ok too. Sometimes it's just nice to listen to others without getting involved. Everyone is welcome at our Zoom cafe and we look forward to seeing you.
Our next session will be on Wednesday 8th July at 10.30 with Cathy and Stella.
You'll need a smartphone, laptop, computer or tablet with the Zoom software installed to take part. Please email us if you need some help with this and we'll send you some simple instructions to follow.
