Have you heard of Dance to Health? Dance to Health is a weekly creative dance class especially tailored to people aged 55+ and we’d like to invite you to give it a try!
Sessions combine evidence-based exercise with the creativity, energy and sociability of dance. Dance Artists will take you through the safe and effective exercises which boost strength and balance, building your muscles to help prevent falls. Steps are easy to follow and it's a fun alternative to the gym.
Starting September 15/16th 2021 we will have classes running in Lakenham Wednesdays 10-12, Mile Cross Thursdays 10-12 and Thorpe St Andrew Thursdays 2-4pm. Classes are £5, payable in advance for 6 week term.
If you’d like to become a member you can register interest with Age UK Norwich by calling 01603 496 333 or emailing Stella at firstname.lastname@example.org. If appropriate (we will ask some health questions) you will be invited to attend a taster.
