An alignment based yoga course focusing on Men's health, building up to sequences that will become familiar with a focus on flexibility, strength and vitality.
Got neck pain, back pain? Need a little 'waist management' after a prolonged lockdown period?
If you practise yoga, have practised a bit of yoga or have never practised before and you have space to lie flat between 9 and 10 am on a Saturday morning, then this course is for you.
Classes delivered ONLINE during lockdown with the possibility of in-person classes in future - priority for in-person classes will be given to men living in and around the Heartsease area -classes will continue online throughout.
