The Community Fridge at The Feed opens.

What is a Community Fridge?

It's an easy way to share good food that would otherwise go to waste. A community fridge is a space where anyone can come and help themselves to food items. The fridge brings people together, it addresses social isolation, food poverty and food waste. It provides people the opportunity to access healthy food, try something new, and helps families to save money.

Open from Monday to Friday 2pm-4pm and Fridays are for women only.

Who can use The Community Fridge at The Feed?

The fridge can be accessed by anyone in the community, and anyone can give to or take food from the fridge!

There are some rules on what you can and cannot put in the fridge (for health and safety reasons), so do check this when you visit or give us a call to find out more - 01603 850447
