Talk to someone - Mind

Talking therapies can help us manage our thoughts and feelings and make positive changes. They can help us explore difficult events in our lives as well as experiences like anxiety and depression.

At Norfolk and Waveney Mind they offer a safe space to talk. Their counselling service and confidential helpline are staffed by a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers who can support you during difficult times.

If you normally access one of Norfolk and Waveney Mind social or community groups and feel you would like to talk to someone, please get in touch with Mind on 0300 330 5488.

Alternatively, you can contact:

Mind infoline on 0300 123 3393
Samaritans on 116 123
If you are under 19 you can contact Childline on 0800 1111

You can also keep in touch with Norfolk and Waveney Mind services and support groups by visiting any of their social media platforms.
