Supporting your clients in applying for assistance
When people find themselves in a situation of crisis or hardship it is important that they are able to access financial support without being passed around or turned away. Residents in Norfolk can access support from the Norfolk Assistance Scheme (NAS), but many don’t know about it, or find it hard to know how to apply. Therefore it is important that advice and support organisations can help their clients to make applications, and support them through the process.
This webinar is for organisations that support vulnerable residents in Norfolk. It will cover an overview of NAS and information on how to make applications, eligibility criteria, timescales and how to become a NAS Partner organisation.
NAS webinar 24th November at 1.30pm – 2.45pm
The session is organised in partnership between the CCS Programme and Norfolk County Council. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in contact with me at Isabelle.firstname.lastname@example.org.
