We're offering free physical activities for people over 55 who currently do less than 30 minutes physical activity a week. The activities include a choice of weekly sessions doing swimming, aqua jog, gym use, circuits, aerobics and Zumba Gold (dance based exercise.)
Sessions are tailored to suit different abilities and will be fun, whilst having social and health benefits. Activities take place on different days and times during the week.
