Based on our popular Mindfulness in Challenging Times course, this on-line course will focus specifically on how we can move from eco-anxiety to eco-awareness and eco-compassion
Over 6 sessions and a home retreat, we’ll explore ways to radically resource ourselves in the face of climate change and biodiversity loss, as these emergencies unfold around us.

·cultivate greater equanimity, appreciation and self-care, even in the midst of surrounding crisis
·explore a range of practices which help us focus on thriving and positive action, through our inherent connection to nature
·re-discover our innate, embodied wisdom in the face of strong emotions
·understand how we can transform fear, despair and anxiety to foster Active Hope
