This eight-week, family friendly, mindfulness course, designed by the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, supports parents and carers to incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion into family life
• Learn to manage stress more effectively and increase your wellbeing
• Discover how to stop beating yourself up for parenting/caring mistakes
• Improve family relationships and communication
• Develop self-care, in order to better nurture your child / cared-for person

Cost: £115, Concessions £85. ‘Pay what you can’ places available for those experiencing in financial difficulty. Free bookings for those who are unwaged.
