You are warmly invited to join us for this six-week grief tending journey which allows for connections within the circle to deepen over time, and is suitable both for those who are new to this approach, and for seasoned grief tenders.

What to Expect

The group journey is an opportunity for those travelling through a particularly difficult time of pain and loss to receive some more extended holding and support. It is also be a place for those who simply wish to develop their relationship with grief as a spiritual practice, or as a path to personal and cultural healing.

Each week will include all of the key elements of a grief tending journey. Over the duration of the six weeks, we will build a strong container to hold an increasingly fuller expression of grief. We will finish with ample time to tend to the ending of the group and for participants to consider the next steps in their journey with grief.

Who Is It For?

This is a good option for those seeking ongoing connection and community on their journey through loss and transformation.

Taster Session

Would you like to experience this approach first-hand before committing to the 6-week journey? Come along to the intro session with Su Squire and Liz Day on Tuesday 16th September. This session is a great introduction to the approach we'll be exploring over the 6 weeks, and will give you the opportunity to decide whether the group is right for you at this time. The Gifting Approach - Pay What You Can

All our events are offered on a gift basis, which means there’s no financial barrier to participation. This is a bit different to simply inviting donations. We’re asking you to feel into a contribution that feels right for you.

This workshop is subsidised by Big Lottery funding. Your gift will ensure that we can continue offering sessions to everyone who needs them, regardless of their financial circumstances.
