Are you new to grief tending in community? Curious about what we actually mean when we talk about tending our grief? Maybe you’re wondering how it’s similar or different to bereavement counselling or support groups. Or perhaps you’ve heard good things about this approach but want to learn more and meet us before you step into a longer session.
You are warmly invited to our next Introduction to Grief Tending on Wednesday 4th February (6.30pm-8.45pm) at Carrow House, Norwich. Come along and bring a friend.
In this short welcoming session, we’ll explore the many ways that grief and loss touch our lives, and you'll experience a taste of each stage of the grief tending journey. This is a gentle way to discover whether this community approach to meeting and holding grief is right for you at this time in your journey with grief and loss.
