Restorative Somatic Movement is a gentle, body-based approach to healing

You are invited to slow down, reconnect with your body and recharge through gentle conscious movement practice led by Charlotte Darbyshire and hosted by Tend Collective. Restorative Somatic Movement is a gentle, body-based approach to healing and well-being that combines restorative practices, somatic awareness, and movement therapy.
Restorative Somatic Movement helps people:
* Reduce stress and nervous system overload.
* Unwind muscular tension and chronic holding patterns.
* Cultivate body awareness and mind-body connection.
* Process emotions or trauma stored in the body.
* Support recovery from fatigue, injury, or burnout.
Sessions will be held Wednesday evenings 6.30 - 8pm in the Garden Room at the historic Carrow House from 24th September - 10th December.

Charlotte Darbyshire is a Movement Therapist and Inclusive Dance specialist.
