You are warmly invited to join us for Write Your Grief: a one-day workshop that helps you to tap into and express your feelings around loss so that they can come into the light of day to be integrated.

We will weave together a powerful stream-of-consciousness writing activity, small group work, circle sharing, and a simple, inclusive ceremony, followed by feasting, soothing and integration. These trauma-informed practices have been designed to witness, hold, and transform your grief.

Writing can be a creative and powerful way of tapping into and expressing our feelings around loss so that they can come into the light of day to be integrated. No previous writing experience is needed, and there's also the option to 'draw your grief' instead.
