If you are going to run a community group, you're probably going to need some guidelines that clarify how you work and most importantly protect your users. We've found some useful links to get you started.

Domestic abuse: A toolkit for employers

This toolkit is an invaluable source of support for all organisations.  It has sections on understanding the issue, taking action, case studies and a really useful resource section.  Domestic abuse is a hugely destructive problem and we have a collective responsibility to tackle it.

Employers have a duty of care to employees and a legal responsibility to provide a safe and effective work environment.  Preventing and tackling domestic abuse is an integral part of this and this toolkit, sponsored by The Insurance Charities offers guidance and support.
