Free 12 week Green Light Trust courses in the woods in Norfolk. Our EARTH Rebuild and Support activities are for adults who are experiencing poor mental health or wellbeing.
Our adult activities are scheduled throughout the year across our beautiful sites in Norfolk: Strumpshaw Fen, Blickling Estate and Oxburgh Hall.
The course runs from 10am – 3pm and a free cooked campfire lunch is included in the day. You will have the opportunity to learn a number of practical woodland management, green woodworking, woodland craft and bushcraft skills. If you require transport we can arrange this for you.
