You are warmly invited to join us for this Grief Tending in community introduction, to learn more about the approach and get a brief taste of the practices we explore in longer workshops.
There will be a group discussion about the different faces of grief, gentle pair work, simple ceremony, and a brief time of soothing and integration to finish.

Our circles are for anyone who is feeling the pain of grief and loss including bereavement, life changes and childhood losses, as well as ancestral, ecological and collective grief.
This introduction is a good place to start if you're new to Grief Tending in community and feeling curious about trying some of the activities before diving deeper in a longer workshop or retreat.
It's an opportunity to get a taste of the circle of support, compassion and healing that we create together.
We're offering this event on a gift basis where you choose the amount of your financial gift between £10 and £30.
