Wellbeing Discovery & The Kindness Company

We are pleased to share our new Mindfulness 2 day Summer Club for Children – 11 to 14 years old and Parents.
During these 2 days children and parents will learn different types of Mindfulness practices and different Mindful Games.
Join us for 2 fun and interactive days, designed specifically for kids aged 7 to 10 and their parents. This in-person event will take place 7th and 8th August at The Kindness Company - Caistor Lane, Norwich NR14 8RB

Price £150 for 2 days - 1 child + 1 adult ( including food, drinks and all the materials)
Activities included during these 2 days: Grounding Exercise using 5 senses, Mindful Listening, Mindful Breathing - use different breathing cards and exercises, Body Awareness and Body Scan, Mindful Movements and Walking, Mindful Eating, Mindfulness of Emotions, Sensory Barefoot Walk, Guided Meditation, Kindness, Gratitude and Positivity.
Big highlight to The Tent of Kindness (please check photos) where you and your child will have a lovely time exploring the different areas.
Children and their parents will learn valuable mindfulness techniques that can help them navigate the challenges of everyday life with ease and grace. Through a series of engaging activities, games, and exercises, participants will discover how to cultivate a sense of calm, focus, and self-awareness. You will learn practical take-home tools and exercises with all materials include.
By attending a 2 days Summer Club, you and your child will not only gain practical mindfulness tools, but also strengthen your bond through shared experiences and quality time spent together.

Why Mindfulness?
When we teach mindfulness to kids, we give them the tools they need to build confidence, cope with stress, and relate to uncomfortable or challenging moments. The earlier we do so in their young lives, the greater the opportunity to help them cultivate resilience and develop and refine their mindfulness practice as they mature.
