A group of our Members meet every Thursday morning between 9am and 12 noon for social connection, crafts and to plan other activities and events our Members want to plan for themselves and other Members.

We don't provide services as such because our activities and long term work are focused upon Members running the Clubhouse for and with other Members. For instance the other week one of our Members brought in his electric guitar and an amplifier and we had a jamming session. If you are musical we are looking to set up some singing and music to accompany with the sole purpose to have fun.

Norfolk Clubhouse promotes positive mental health opportunities and works to reduce the stigma we experience in wider society around mental health. We believe it should be accorded the same level of esteem as physical health.

As more Members join we seek to open up at additional days and times so don't be put off if you can't make Thursday mornings. Some of our Members are in part time and full time employment. We offer Social Meet Ups on Zoom and face to face once a month so that we can connect with all of our Members.

If you would like an informal chat, please email June Webb at info@norfolk-clubhouse.org. June will then answer any questions you might have and if you would like to meet individually with her first so that you can put a face to a name before joining the group then that is completely okay. It takes courage to do something new.
