Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity class for active older adults and anyone else who may find our regular Zumba class a bit too challenging! Zumba Gold sessions are especially suitable for beginners, anyone exercising for the first time or returning to exercise after a break. Zumba Gold sessions will be held at the Community Centre on Friday afternoons from 1.30-2.30pm from Friday 11th September onwards. Sessions will be free of charge for the first 6 weeks and £3.00 per session from 23rd October onwards. Zumba Gold sessions will be led by a qualified, experienced Zumba facilitator.
